Community Gardens at Pushing the Envelope Farm
We welcome you to grow with us this season. Pushing the Envelope Farm is a community educational farm in Geneva based on organic principles. We are offering the use of 10’ x 20’ plots to those who are interested in growing their own food. The cost of participating is $50 per plot for the season.
How the program works:
We provide:
Land
Manual water use
Initial tilling of the soil in springtime to prepare the ground for working
The use of our tools and equipment, located in the shed next to the garden area
Compost from our community compost
Community gardeners are responsible for:
The setup and maintenance of their garden plot
The fertility of the plot (only organic fertilizers, pest controls, etc. can be used)
Clean up of the plot at the end of the season
We hope to see you on the field. To apply, please email us at:
